- Do I need to be a certified coach or facilitator to attend? Nope. This program gives you the tools, frameworks, and practice to lead sessions with confidence, regardless of your facilitation background.
- What if I can’t attend both workshop days? Full participation is critical to get the most value. Let’s talk if you foresee a conflict.
- How many people are in each cohort? Enrollment is capped at 8 to ensure personalized support and a high-quality group coaching experience.
